Brickell Condo with Bay views

Pity cleanliness was rather lacking, otherwise location is good and apartment is very spacious Positive: The location of the apartment was ideal, the apartment was spacious and had all the amenities were as expected, however cleaniless was disappointing especially the kitchen area which was smeared with dirt. We expected some general information about the apartment inside the apartment as each time we asked the virtual host, the information came hours later if not the next day, when it came as when we asked about the TV channels there was no response. Also we would have expected to be informed in advance that only one set of towels were provided for the entire stay of 4 days. The staff at the condominium could not help us at all, apart from giving us access to the airport. The information how to gain access to the apartment and wifi was received a couple of hours after we checked-in as we had some issues with our internet, however I would have expected to receive the information earlier since I contacted the host the day before. We dont like complaining when we are on holiday as it can be distressing to do so, but we feel such feedback is important to relay back to you to ensure high standard that your regular customers would expect Negative: cleanliness was disappointing especially the kitchen area, not too keen on virtual hosting!

Positive: Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et les buildings, très bien placé, proche de tout. Je recommande. Negative: Le sol n'était pas très propre, manque de vaisselle pour 4. Le canapé-lit est moyennement confortable et le bouton de l'étage 40 dans 2 des 6 ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas.

Apartament ideal per gaudir d'unes vacances a Miami Positive: Apartament ampli al pis 40 (l'edifici en té 43) amb bones vistes de Brickell i parcialment del mar. Cuina correctament equipada. Llit còmode i king size. El bany ampli i funcional amb rentadora i assecadora. Apartament molt tranquil i sense sorolls del veïns (gener). Disposa d'aire condicionat i bomba de calor, una mica sorollós. La possibilitat d'utilitzar gratuïtament el pàrking és un plus afegit. Cal tenir en compte que la plaça està situada a la planta 8b i les rampes no són molt amples (compte amb cotxes grans!). La mida de la plaça però, és força gran. El personal de recepció (24h) va ser servicial i agradable. Hi ha la possibilitat de guardar l'equipatge fins, aproximadament, les 5-6 de la tarda al preu de 5$ per item. Bones comunicacions tant amb l'aeroport (Metrorail) com amb el transport públic gratuït (Metromover i trolley) i el Metrobus. Negative: L'apartament necessitaria manteniment una mica més acurat (llums que estan foses o inestables) i comença a demanar una modernització (updated) tot i que com hem dit és un apartament comfortable.

PÉSIMA LIMPIEZA, calidad malísima de la segunda cama. O sea es un departamento para dos huéspedes. El tercero no puede d Positive: La localización es perfecta para quien quiere conocer el Down town Negative: Las camas la limpieza los baños con todo tapado , nos teníamos q bañar y salían cabellos de mucho tiempo se notaban q eran de otras personas y la cama que era un sofá de hace 20 años mínimo todo con los resortes expuesto. Imposible de dormir en ella
